Texts-Legal Framework

The official texts concerning the O.P. "Education" are both of institutional and regulatory nature.

Institutional texts are :

The Operational Programme: the contract signed between the EU and the Ministry of National Education and Religious Affairs.
The Programme Complement that analyzes and to a greater extend specifies the Operational Programme.

Texts of a Regulatory nature are :

The Project Selection Criteria, defined at Measure and Action (project) level,
The Regulations with the national and community institutional framework,
The Management Guidelines which offer adequate guidance both for those interested in being funded by the programme as well as programme managers
The Programme’s Publicity rules; that is, the obligation that the implementation and the results of the programme will be disseminated to the general public
Its Evaluation, which includes the ex ante evaluation, the mid-term and the ex post evaluation.
