Programme Complement

The Programme Complement is a strategic text that describes in detail and after analysis arranges the Actions that fall inside Priority Action Line Measures into categories of specific operations. These operation categories are tendered with calls for submission of proposals to the final beneficiaries.

The Programme Complement is in a way O.P. "Education" ‘business plan’ with specific output, result and effect indices.
