The Operational Programme’s Managing
Authority is a Special Ministry Authority and is
subject to the Special Secretary who represents it to the Commission
and the State.
O.P. "Education" Managing Authority is
responsible for ensuring management effectiveness and regularity,
and for the implementation of operations / projects that have been
approved for funding in the framework of the Operational Programme
in the contexts of regulations of legal
act 2860/2000 (Greek) as well as Regulation
(EC) 1260/1999 (Greek). You can find more information on O.P.
