Management

The Managing Authority is responsible for the overall management of the Initial Vocational Training Operational Programme. The authority monitors the programme’s implementation progress and the abidance to the rules regarding its application. The Management Guidelines provide directions for the Managing Authority as well as the final beneficiaries or implementing agencies. Without substituting the legal framework that encompasses the implementation of the third CSF, these Management Guidelines describe in detail the processes for approval of actions for funding, the programme’s financing and monitoring, and lay out the eligible costs. The Guidelines also encompass national and community regulations and the legal framework that defines the implementation of the programme.
